The PoE+ settings page of your Linksys Managed Switch for Business contains PoE subsystem information for monitoring the current power usage and assigns the total amount of power the switch can provide to all of its PoE+ ports. To access this page, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the switch's web interface.
2. Click on the menu icon located at the upper-left corner of the web interface.
3. Click on Configure > PoE+.
NOTE: A few settings may vary by model. In the example below, Linksys LGS352MPC is used.

Below are settings which can be configured under the PoE+ page:
- Total Power Budget: Allows you to enter the amount of power the switch can provide to all ports.
- Consumed Power: Displays the total amount of power watts being delivered to all PoE+ ports.
NOTE: The total power budget will differ for every Linksys Managed Switch for Business.
PoE+ Port Settings
Select a Port and click on the Edit button to make changes. After changing your port settings, make sure to scroll down and click Apply to save your settings.
Port | Displays the specific port number of the switch. |
State | Disables/enables PoE on the port. By default, all ports are PoE-enabled. |
Priority |
Selects the port priority if the power supply is low. For example, if the power supply is running at 99% usage, and port 1 is prioritized as high, and port 6 is prioritized as low, port 1 is prioritized to receive power and port 6 may be denied power. For example: First check the box of port/s 2 and 3, click Edit then click on the drop down menu to select High priority. Then click on Apply. We have now prioritized port 2 and 3 to High.

Power Limit Type | Shows the classification of the powered device. Choose between Auto Class or User defined. Select a port first, click Edit and select a Power Limit Type. When choosing User defined, indicate the appropriate Power Limit of the connected device. The value must be within 1 to 30W. |
