SETUP AND INSTALLATION
The switch is a DHCP client by default. If the device fails to retrieve an IP address through DHCP, the default IP address is 192.168.1.251, and the factory default subnet mask is 255.255.255.0.
You can access the switch’s web interface both when no DHCP server is detected and when the switch has obtained an IP address from your DHCP server.
You can download a backup file to a designated folder on your computer or to a TFTP server, then restore your switch’s configuration.
FIRMWARE UPGRADE
You can access the switch's web interface to check the firmware. If new firmware is available, you can manually update it by downloading and installing the firmware through the web interface.
ADVANCED TROUBLESHOOTING
Voice VLAN provides Quality of Service (QoS) to VoIP, ensuring that the quality of the call does not deteriorate if the IP traffic is erratic or uneven.
IP Settings can be configured in the Security > Access section of the switch's web interface.
You can add users in the Management > User Management section of the switch's web interface.
