What should I do if my adapter can’t connect to Wi-Fi?

Here are some troubleshooting tips you can do:

Check if your adapter can receive the Wi-Fi signal of your router. You may need to move closer to the router to increase the signal received by your adapter.
Enter the correct password of the Wi-Fi network you are connecting to.
Check if the router has the MAC filtering feature enabled. If the MAC filtering feature is enabled, you should first have the MAC address of your adapter added to the MAC filtering list of the router.
