Sometimes, modem routers (gateways) use the same default IP address as Linksys E-series routers. When this happens, the modem router will assign a different IP address to the router. This means you’ll have to look up your router’s IP address to get into the setup wizard and manage the settings afterward.
IMPORTANT: Make sure your mobile device is connected to the router's Wi-Fi. If you are using a wired computer, make sure it is connected to one of the router's ethernet ports.

1. Tap on the Settings 
icon.
2. Tap on Wi-Fi.
3. Tap on the

4. The Router section will display the IP address.

NOTE: The steps may vary depending on the Android device you are using. The steps below are specific to Samsung® Galaxy® and Google Pixel™.
1. Tap on the Settings 
icon.
2. Tap on Connections.
3. Tap your Wi-Fi name.
4. Tap on the gear icon.
5. Tap Manage router.
6. A browser will open on your device. The IP address shown in the Address bar is your router’s IP address. In the example below, the IP address 10.10.10.1 is displayed.

NOTE: Steps may vary depending on the version of your Windows operating system.
1. Click on the wireless icon on the taskbar.
2. Click on Network & Internet settings.
3. Click on Change adapter options.
4. Double-click on your connection and click on Details.
5. Look for the IPv4 Default Gateway. This is your router’s IP address.
NOTE: For advanced users, you can also use the command prompt and enter "ipconfig" to get your gateway IP address.
1. Click on the Wi-Fi icon and select Open Network Preferences.
2. Click on the Advanced button.
3. Click on TCP/IP. The IP address will display on the Router section.
