If your node’s light is not turning ON or is not working properly, check the following:
- Light not turning ON - If your node’s status light is not turning ON at all, make sure that you are using the supplied power adapter that came with your product, and it’s plugged into an outlet. The adapter comes with three types of plugs. Make sure that the removable part is seated properly in the adapter. Learn more.
- If the light turns ON during the day but turns OFF at night, the Night mode feature of your router may be enabled. Night mode automatically disables the node's light from 8 PM to 8 AM when activated. To learn more about this feature, check this article.
