1. DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION. This Promotion (the “Promotion”) consists of four (4) separate quarterly sweepstakes drawings (each quarterly period shall be considered a “Promotion Period”). Each Promotion Period begins on the first day of each calendar quarter (starting with the calendar quarter beginning January 1, 2024) and ends on the last day of each calendar quarter, with the last Promotion Period ending on December 31, 2024. This Promotion is sponsored by Linksys., 121 Theory, Irvine CA 92617, USA (“Sponsor” or “Linksys”). This promotion provides the opportunity for each Promotion Period to give away a $500 Digital Gift Card to one (1) winner and a $50 Digital Gift Card to ten (10) winners.

2. ELIGIBILITY. This Promotion is open to participants (“Participants” or “you”) who are legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia and are age 19 years or older at the time of entry. This Promotion is not open to employees, officers, directors or vendors of Sponsor, their immediate family members and other persons residing in the same household.
 
By entering into the Promotion, each Participant agrees and acknowledges that (a) he or she has read and understands these Terms and Conditions; (b) he or she has met the Promotion eligibility requirements; (c) he or she unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion; (d) he or she waives any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, except where prohibited by law; and (e) winning and receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Terms and Conditions and fulfilling all Promotion requirements.

3. HOW TO ENTER. There are 2 methods of entry for this Promotion.
 
To enter online: In order to enter online, you must click on the link provided in an email sent to you during the Promotion Period. If you choose to provide feedback or write a review, select the Linksys product that you have recently purchased and click on the appropriate tab to provide feedback, participate in a survey about that product or write a review. If you write a review, follow the instructions to rate the selected product and write your review (“Review”), then enter your screen name and valid email address in the form provided. After you have previewed your Review, please check the appropriate box (es) indicating whether you wish to share your Review and that you have read and agree to be bound by Linksys’ Review Rules. Providing a Review is not required for entry into the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and your entry must be in compliance with the Terms and Conditions. Limit: You may only have one (1) entry per Linksys product per Promotion Period, with a limit of five (5) entries per Promotion Period, regardless of email address used or date of submission. You may provide additional reviews and feedback for other Linksys products but will not be eligible for entry into the sweepstakes for more than five (5) entries during a Promotion Period. If you provide a Review, you must comply with all laws and be truthful and accurate. Linksys reserves the right to disqualify an entry based on failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

To enter by mail: During the Promotion Period, send a 3x5” index card with your name, complete street address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth to Linksys New Customer Sweepstakes, 121 Theory, Irvine CA 92617, attention: Linksys Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries not containing all of the information requested above will be disqualified. The receipt date of the mail-in entry will determine the Promotion Period in which it will be entered. A mail-in entry must be received by the date indicated in the table in Rule 5 below in order to be eligible for the respective Promotion Period. Lost, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated or unintelligible entries will be disqualified.

4. PRIZES. Subject to the terms of these Terms and Conditions, once confirmed by Sponsor, one (1) winner will receive a $500.00 Digital Gift Card and ten (10) winners will receive a $50 Digital Gift Card. ARV: $1000. Total ARV of all prizes during the Promotion: $4,000.
 
Limit one (1) entry per person/household/email address. You may only enter via one of the methods listed above. Entries must be received during each Promotion Period (according to the clocks on the servers processing entries, as applicable). The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
 
No substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash redemption of any prize is allowed by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal value. If applicable, prizes may be awarded in the form of a voucher(s) or coupon(s) in Sponsor’s sole discretion and may be provided in electronic rather than physical form. If a potential Winner cannot be reached or is unable to accept the prize or any portion of the prize for any reason, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such potential winner, and an alternate Winner will be selected. Neither Sponsor nor any of its prize suppliers will replace any lost or stolen prizes, cards or certificates after being awarded to Winners. Non-winning entries from one Promotion Period will not carry forward into subsequent Promotion Periods.
 
5. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER(S). A winner for each Promotion Period will be randomly selected from all qualified entries. The drawing for winners will be conducted by Linksys. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
 
Winners will be contacted via the email provided in the sweepstakes entry within 10 days following the end of each Promotion Period. Sponsor’s decision will be final in all matters. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by Sponsor during each Promotion Period.
 

6. CONDITIONS. This Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. Taxes, costs and expenses, if any, are the sole responsibility of the potential winner. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the email account was assigned. Only complete valid entries will be accepted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Participants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify false entries or entries suspected of being false, fraudulent and/or deceptive. Incomplete entries, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, will be disqualified. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the Participant changes his or her email address during the Promotion Period.
 
By participating in the Promotion, all Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Sponsor’s affiliates, directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors and agents, and any respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, judging, or administration of the Promotion (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and damage to property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize in the Promotion, or their participation in the Promotion, or their participation in any Promotion or prize-related activity. Each potential winner acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or the Promotion. All warranties are hereby disclaimed; and each potential winner will accept the prize “AS IS.” Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
 
None of the Released Parties are responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, incomplete or indecipherable entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or entries; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (d) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the submission process or the Promotion; or (e) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole determination, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. If the Promotion is cancelled prior to the end date stated herein, for the reasons stated above, notice will be posted on the Promotion website; and the Prizes may at the Sponsor’s discretion be awarded to potential winners to be selected in a random drawing from among all the remaining uncorrupted Eligible Entries received up until the time of modification or cancellation.

If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by Sponsor) that any person has attempted to use multiple names or identities, to enter the Promotion multiple times for the same product, or uses any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Promotion; then he or she may be disqualified from the Promotion, including all future Promotion Periods, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. Any entry obtained outside of an authorized, legitimate channel and/or that is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions will void all such entries and disqualify any Participant using such methods. The use of automated software or unauthorized computer programs to register for the Promotion is prohibited. Creation or use of multiple accounts for registration or participation in the Promotion is prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or violating these Terms and Conditions and reserves the right to cancel the Promotion should it suspect fraud or for reasons out of the control of Sponsor. Disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions and/or this Promotion will be governed by the internal laws of California. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH PERSON FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
 
Subject to applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right in its discretion, to (a) cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, for any reason, at any time and without any liability, and (b) limit or restrict participation in the Promotion, upon notice.
 
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
 
7. PUBLICITY. Participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use the Promotion for publicity, advertising or other marketing purposes in any media, and may use the name, likeness, and state of residence and/or prize information of potential winners as part of that publicity, without additional compensation to the potential winners.
 
8. PRIVACY. Any personal information collected by Sponsor will be used for the administration of the Promotion in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy and for no other purpose. Any questions regarding privacy matters should be directed to the address set out below. Please refer to Sponsor's privacy policy located at https://www.linksys.com/privacy-policy.html. You may exercise additional rights under our privacy policy by sending us a request here. By entering this Promotion, you agree to the posting of your name as a winner of the Promotion. Under no circumstances do we rent or sell your personal information.
 
9. GOVERNING LAW. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to the conflicts of law's provisions. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, and exclusive venue for such action shall be in the state courts of the state of California located in Los Angeles County or the federal courts of the United States in such county. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of California and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of California. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual incurred out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Promotion and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages. By entering into this Promotion, you consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of California with respect to any action, dispute or other matter arising out of or connected with this Promotion.

Winners list will be available approximately ten days after the last awarding of prizes for each Promotion Period. Requests must indicate the Promotion Period.
