Most Yayzi ISP subscribers' equipment supports a VLAN 911 configuration, which is enabled on the Linksys LN1400YZ by default. However, there may be a small group of subscribers whose ISP equipment does not support this configuration, which may be the cause of your Linksys router not being able to get online.
If you are not sure whether your ISP equipment supports VLAN tagging, you can first attempt to set up your router using either the Pair button or the setup wizard. Your Linksys router must be connected directly to your ISP equipment. Follow these steps for the complete setup instructions.
If the router is still not detecting an internet connection, then either contact your ISP or follow these steps below to disable the VLAN tagging in the Linksys router.
1. Open a web browser, enter “https://192.168.1.1/vlanconfig.html” in the Address bar, and press [ENTER].
You will then see the VLAN 911 configuration enabled by default.
2. Select the Disabled radio button then click Set.
3. Now you can set up your router using the Pair button or the setup wizard.
If you are still unable to get an internet connection, contact your ISP.
If you reset the router, keep in mind that the VLAN tag will be enabled again. Therefore, you will need to disable it again.
