Scenario: Why can’t I find or connect my computer or device to the 6 GHz WiFi?
The 6 GHz radio band offers interference-free signal and ultra-fast speeds for high-bandwidth activities like video conferencing, working and learning from home, and using AR/VR devices.
If you can’t connect your device to the 6 GHz WiFi, try the following:
1. Check if your device supports the 6 GHz radio band. Only clients that support the 6 GHz WiFi will be able to connect to this radio.
2. Make sure that your devices and the WLAN adapter drivers on your computers are up to date.

Desktop/laptop - Microsoft® only supports the 6 GHz WiFi in Windows® 11 computers. Make sure to install the latest Intel® AX210/AX211 driver to your computer.
Other WiFi devices - If your device supports the 6 GHz radio band and it cannot connect to the WiFi, make sure it has the latest updates installed.
3. Check your router’s WiFi security type. The 6 GHz radio band supports WPA3™ only.
